Job summary

The TJMaxx team in USA Raleigh, NC is hiring for a store associate role focused on preventing loss, serving customers, and upholding company policies and standards. You will wear a body-worn camera, work at the front of the store or in departments, and collaborate with store management and LP to protect the brand.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, sound decision making, and the ability to work independently with good time management.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers appropriately and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Respond to customer requests for assistance via store management or customer service radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a manager.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
