Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate for TJ Maxx in Winston-Salem to deter theft, protect customers and associates, and uphold company policies while delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will stand at the store front, wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and report incidents. Collaborate with store management and Loss Prevention to ensure safety and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper front-of-store stance and be a visible deterrent.
• Wear and operate a body worn camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Refer requests to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Perform closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Adhere to company policies and values.
