Responsibilities

• Prevent and reduce loss due to bad debt, cash over/short and civil liabilities.
• Reduce shrink and improve margins.
• Demonstrate company core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Detect, deter and/or detain external theft suspects.
• Monitor large shrink areas in stores.
• Report incidents to the asset protection manager.
• Provide credible court testimony.
• Identify areas of high theft and promote company initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift, overtime and weekends.
