Job summary

IKEA in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Safety and Security Associate to protect people and property, perform audits, and maintain alarms and security systems. You will report incidents and coordinate responses during emergencies.

The role requires about 1 year of work experience; warehouse safety or loss prevention background is preferred; some locations require security licenses. This is a full-time overnight/weekend position with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience.
• Warehouse experience in safety, security, or loss prevention preferred.
• Candidates in Oregon, New York, and St. Louis, MO, must be eligible to obtain a security guard license as required by applicable local law. Obtaining the security guard license is a required condition of employment for this role.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 18.5 USD to 26.14 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 10/7/26.

SHIFT: Warehouse Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.

The hourly pay range for this role is $18.50 - $ 26.14.
