IKEA in San Francisco is hiring for an hourly Safety and Security role. You will help protect people and property, complete audits and trainings, and respond to emergencies in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position emphasizes safety equipment maintenance, incident reporting, and collaboration with teams to uphold the IKEA brand and store operations. Prior experience in retail security is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience.
• Retail experience in safety, security, or loss prevention preferred.
• Candidates in Oregon, New York, and St. Louis, MO, must be eligible to obtain a security guard license as required by applicable local law.

The pay for this role is $23.32-30.80

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 23.32 USD to 30.8 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
