Dawnrise INC. is seeking a Product Designer to shape the future of our lighting collections. You will design consumer-focused lighting products for retail, balancing aesthetics with technical feasibility.

Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing, develop sketches, 3D models, and prototypes, and stay ahead of trends in materials and sustainable design. This role also involves developing and managing PLM and catalog, ensuring brand consistency across major retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong understanding of retail market trends and consumer behavior.
• Experience with prototyping, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for blending creativity with data-driven design decisions.
• Mandarin and English speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer research to understand trends, preferences, and pain points in home lighting.
• Design innovative, aesthetically appealing, and functional lighting products for retail.
• Develop sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Work closely with major retailers to align designs with market demand and brand expectations.
• Test and refine designs based on consumer feedback and usability studies.
