Job summary

Delta Light Group North America is seeking a Product Manager to drive new product strategy, manage roadmaps, and support market rollout for premium architectural lighting in the Colorado/Denver area.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in design or product management, with strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required (BA/BS).
• 2–3 years of industry experience in professional design or product management preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and design acumen essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create product line scope documents covering design, performance, cost, and price criteria.
• Lead new product programs from concept through design, engineering, procurement, and to marketing.
• Support marketing and sales with technical content, data sheets, installation instructions, and BIM/photometric files.
• Provide product training and technical support to sales, design teams, and customers.
