Responsibilities
- Owns vision and definition of the product.
- Serves as voice of the customer.
- Guides Scrum Team priorities based on business value.
- Conveys the vision to teams to meet client requirements.
- Backlog creation and integrity is accountable.
- Prioritizes and leads backlog grooming.
- Partners with Scrum Master to align work with backlog.
- Primary point of contact for team questions.
- Accepts and reviews delivered product from teams.
- Communicates delivery and business value to stakeholders.
