PNC is seeking a Product Owner II within its Retail Lending organization, based in Denver, Kalamazoo, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland. The role focuses on owning the product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and delivering customer value in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a solid background in agile practices—with no mandatory certifications. The position is in-office with a strong benefits package and incentive eligibility.

• Requires a university degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the vision and the definition of the product; acts as the voice of the customer.
• Conveys the vision to the team to meet business objectives.
• Manages the product backlog and leads backlog grooming.
• Partners with Scrum Masters to align work with backlog; primary contact for the team.
