Responsibilities

• Support creation of seasonal collection training in partnership with merchandising.
• Create engaging video content and assist in development of training modules.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and facilitate in-person sessions.
• Track and report leaders' weekly coaching participation and store digital learning completion.
• Monitor progression of mystery shopping scores and learning progression of new employees.
• Track monthly training hours delivered and update weekly learning curriculum and onboarding resources.
