Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Leader in daily operations and staff supervision. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coaching team members, and executing merchandising plans to drive sales and loyalty program adoption.

The position requires retail management exposure, strong communication, and the ability to maintain a safe, well-stocked store environment while promoting company policies and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail management experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience is a plus.
• Ability to supervise and coach store staff while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding; maintain retention and develop leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Uphold cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in stock.
