• Demonstrated good judgement solving problems, making decisions, handling complaints and resolving grievances.
• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates across multiple departments.
• College degree or equivalent preferred. Accreditation as a Food Safety Manager preferred or to be attained within 90 days.
