Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will supervise staff, coach on service, and help drive sales and merchandising programs.

We offer full-time hours, competitive pay between $12.00 and $18.50 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement through our internal promotion philosophy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred (1 year).
• Customer service leadership and staff coaching experience.
• Ability to multi-task, supervise, and drive store programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safe, clean store and stock levels; ensure in-stock products.
