Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure open and honest communication to keep donors and customers safe.
• Maintain a positive work environment aligned with Goodwill values.
• Hire, train, develop, supervise and evaluate team members.
• Develop and supervise Assistant Team Leaders and Key Holders for progression.
• Manage store operations within budgeted expense to revenue ratios.
