Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a motivated store leader to drive day-to-day operations, develop a capable team, and uphold Goodwill values across a dynamic retail environment.

You will oversee hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety and policy standards. A two-year management background in retail and an associate degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and honest communication among team members.
• Hires, trains, develops, supervises, and evaluates team members.
• Manage store operations within budgeted expense/revenue ratios.
• Ensure 100% world-class customer service and safe work environment.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling for team members.
• Maintain compliant and efficient store procedures and policies.
