Job summary

H-E-B School of Retail Leadership (SORL) Program develops individuals to become Store Operation Leaders through hands-on management across departments, classroom training, project work and workshops designed to enhance leadership required to lead stores.

Once eligible, you become an Owner in the company, with a focus on commitment, quality and customer service. Relocation assistance is provided as needed to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience as a department manager.
• Strong school/work achievement and performance.
• Experience as a primary-sub-department manager.
• Current performance rating of meets or exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management experience in all departments.
• Attend classroom training and workshops to enhance leadership skills.
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership, Store Leadership, and Department Managers.
• Perform project work.
