The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center Command in the Kansas City Metro Area invites motivated individuals to join the Manager-in-Training (MIT) program, a 12-week leadership development track designed to prepare candidates for store leadership across our thrift operations.

As an MIT, you will gain hands-on experience in team leadership, sales growth, customer service, and financial accountability while rotating through multiple Salvation Army thrift stores.

• Previous retail, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
