Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center Command in Kansas City Metro Area offers a Manager-in-Training (MIT) program, a 12-week leadership development path designed to prepare participants for store leadership opportunities.

Participants train across Salvation Army thrift stores with potential placements as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Lead Sales Associate based on performance and needs. Full-time schedule and $16.75/hour pay.
