The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center Command in the Kansas City metro area offers a Manager-in-Training (MIT) program designed to develop high-potential individuals for leadership roles in thrift-store operations. The program provides hands-on experience in team leadership, sales growth, production management, and financial accountability.

MIT participants will train across multiple stores, with potential placements as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Lead Sales Associate
