Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center Command in Kansas City Metro Area is seeking motivated individuals to join the Manager-in-Training (MIT) program. This 12-week leadership development track prepares participants for store leadership roles, including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Lead Sales Associate, with hands-on exposure across thrift-store operations.
