Job summary

Buckle in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for a part-time, on-site role. The position focuses on sales, merchandising, and daily store operations under store management guidance. You will help recruit teammates and develop sales while delivering excellent Guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise and help locate items based on Guest needs.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise to create a wardrobe and meet Guest expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies and ensure a positive Sales Presentation.
• Lead by example with showmanship and teamwork, supporting Store Management and leadership goals.
