Shoe Carnival in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and support the team in delivering a customer-first experience. This full-time role requires leadership, accountability, and hands-on coaching of staff.

You will manage opening/closing, drive sales, supervise associates, and maintain store standards, including merchandising and loss prevention, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder duties.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Support the General Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Lead customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and guide associates on store processes and standards.
• Oversee daily tasks and coordinate breaks.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Perform cash handling, safe/till counts, and reconciliation.
• Follow loss prevention procedures.
