Shoe Carnival is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wichita, KS for a full-time position. The role includes opening/closing the store as a key holder, supporting sales goals, and leading customer service initiatives to maintain a positive, customer-first environment.

You will train associates, manage daily tasks, and assist with merchandising, cash handling, and loss prevention. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with at least 2 years in retail and availability for

Competenze

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Great customer service with a positive attitude.
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder responsibilities.
