Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of retail work experience or equivalent.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager/Assistant Manager in planning, assigning and directing work.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure premises in manager’s absence.
• Train, supervise and mentor retail associates in store procedures and policies.
• Stock and maintain merchandise on the sales floor and promote sales through displays.
