Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) is seeking a Retail Associate to assist customers, process donations, stock the floor, and operate the cash register. The role supports the mission of providing skills training, job placement, and social services to New Mexicans.

The position offers cross-training across departments, opportunities for advancement, and a stable full-time schedule with $13 per hour and guaranteed 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; background check and drug test may be required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work extended hours and various work schedules.
• Must handle money accurately and operate a cash register.
