Job summary

Goodwill of Silicon Valley in Milpitas is seeking a Full Time Lead/Supervisor for Store 116. You will supervise shifts, manage cash funds, assist customers, and oversee POS operations to ensure accurate transactions and friendly service.

You will support inventory, display, and merchandising, uphold store policies and safety procedures, mentor staff, lead briefings, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while minimizing losses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English language.
• 1-2 years of prior Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising with a demonstrated track record of enhancing store sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel and provide work direction during shifts.
• Handle cash funds during opening/closing without management oversight.
• Assist customers and oversee cash register operations and transactions.
• Maintain morale and report issues to management.
• Assist with inventory, display, merchandising, and stock placement.
• Knowledgeable in pricing, sorting, and donor greeting.
• Conduct productive store huddles in the absence of Store Management.
• Ensure store policies and safety procedures are followed.
