American Residential Services in Wilmington, NC is hiring an In-Store Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to represent HVAC, plumbing and electrical services inside national home improvement stores. Earning potential includes hourly pay plus commission, with flexible part-time and full-time options.

You will engage customers, educate them on services, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations while meeting team targets and maintaining a professional ARS presence.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
