American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to engage shoppers inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission and enjoy weekly direct deposit, paid training, and flexible schedules in Charlotte, NC.

Opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles exist, with no door-to-door canvassing or cold calling. Must be able to attend weekly in-office meetings and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
