Qualifications

• Retail experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to stand/walk or sit for 4–8 hours.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between store locations.
• Proficiency with a smartphone for emails and texts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person at the store display.
• Walk the stores engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather information from customers.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership.
• Attend monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
