Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage homeowners at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions. This role focuses on initiating conversations and securing qualified appointments for our sales team, not just scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, retail sales, event marketing, or cold outreach experience.
• Proven ability to engage strangers in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience generating leads and setting appointments from face-to-face interactions.
• Sales, canvassing, brand ambassador, kiosk sales, home improvement or event marketing experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling objections and initiating conversations with potential customers.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and generate qualified leads.
• Initiate conversations and identify potential customers.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.
• Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations.
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory.
