ARS-Rescue Rooter, through Total Comfort, is recruiting Retail Lead Generation Specialists to engage shoppers in home improvement stores and generate qualified HVAC and plumbing leads. The role emphasizes professional conversations, lead scheduling, and customer-focused service in a store environment.

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
