Total Comfort is hiring Retail Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Glen Allen, VA. Join a growing team in a role that combines customer service with direct lead generation and product education in a retail setting.

You don't need HVAC experience. The position offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, uncapped commissions, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within HVAC sales roles.

• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
