ARS-Rescue Rooter in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retailers. This part-time role runs Fri–Sun with uncapped commission and earning potential.

You will engage customers, learn their home comfort needs, and educate them on HVAC and plumbing options, scheduling in-home consultations. No HVAC experience required; retail/sales helpful.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Experience in retail or sales preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend availability required; some holidays.
• Reliable transportation to Harrisonburg stores.
