Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with shoppers, educate them on ARS heating and cooling services, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations.

Qualifications

Retail or sales experience is a plus, not required.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Educate customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
