ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations. You will engage customers, generate leads, and schedule in-home consultations for ARS heating, cooling, and home improvement solutions.

This role emphasizes in-store engagement, energy efficiency education, and a professional brand presence with opportunities for career growth in HVAC sales.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to ARS home comfort solutions.
• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Educate customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
