Chico's in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, lead by example, uphold brand standards, and deliver a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will partner with store leaders on operations, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and omni-channel selling, while driving performance through clear direction, teamwork, and a commitment to brand priorities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel selling.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team culture.
