Job summary

The Coast Guard Exchange in Cleveland is seeking a part-time Sales Clerk Leader to join our team. You will welcome customers, maintain product knowledge, and assist with merchandise selection to provide outstanding service.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with no weekends or late nights, and a wage of $16.50 per hour. It’s a mission-driven position that supports heroes and provides stability and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in inventory control and sales.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Open availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assist with merchandise selection and provide outstanding service.
• Manage stock, pricing, markdowns, and signage with store management.
• Operate cash register, handle cash, checks and cards.
• Open/close the store as required and supervise others when needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and safety requirements.
