Job summary

The Coast Guard Exchange in Buzzards Bay, MA is seeking a Part Time Sales Clerk Leader earning $20.00/hour. This role requires welcoming customers, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with merchandise selection.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Prior retail experience in inventory control and retail sales.
• Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• May order merchandise, receive, price and monitor stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle payments (cash, checks, credit).
• Direct/supervise other employees in absence of management.
• Follow loss prevention policies and safety standards.
• Open/close the store as required.
