Job summary

Sunglass Hut in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager II to lead daily store operations, coach staff, merchandise effectively, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with the Store/Multi Store Manager, develop talent, maintain brand standards, and ensure the store meets performance and promotional goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver execution of the store's operational components.
• Customer service and/or retail experience (preferred).
• Previous leadership experience of 1+ years (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Uses company tools to deliver sales plan and develop associates.
• Uses reporting tools to identify gaps in performance and capitalize on successes.
• Provides ongoing coaching to associates and maintains an inspiring work environment.
• Acquires talent by networking and interviewing with the Store Manager.
• Spends most time on the sales floor to drive results and customer engagement.
• Maintains customer relationships and utilizes brand tools.
