Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.

• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.

Responsibilities

• Uses all company tools to deliver sales plan and develop associates.
• Uses reporting tools to identify gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provides ongoing coaching to associates and maintains an inspiring work environment.
• Acquires talent via networking and interviewing with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Seeks self-development opportunities as defined in an individual development plan.
• Spends the majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships using company tools.
• Maintains brand standards and merchandizing.
• Knows product knowledge and uses learning tools to stay current on products.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures.
