• 1+ years of experience in store operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Sell, coach, merchandise and drive retail excellence.
• Develop associates and achieve company objectives through coaching and training.
• Acquire talent via networking and recruiting; conduct interviews with the Store Manager.
• Maintain brand standards and communicate promotions and incentives to the team.
• Spend a majority of time on the sales floor and develop customer relationships.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are executed and communicated clearly.
