Goodwill Industries of Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach and develop team members, assist with hiring and scheduling, and help ensure strong merchandising and store presentation.

Formación

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer and digital skills.
• Ability to motivate others and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to Goodwill's mission, culture, and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily retail operations to achieve sales, production, and customer service goals.
• Coach, train, and develop team members for success.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Motivate employees while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Maintain merchandising, inventory, pricing, and store presentation standards.
• Monitor financial performance and support budget and operational goals.
• Promote donation growth and support local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized shopping and work environment.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Partner with Mission Services to support employee and participant development.
• Assist with evaluating participant job performance and promoting workplace success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
