Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Lead to support daily store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, uphold safety standards, and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment for customers and employees alike.

You will work closely with the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief to achieve daily goals, manage administrative tasks, and participate in onboarding. Weekend hours and outdoor/indoor work may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail (required).
• Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred).

• Work retail hours including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Perform retail-related tasks as directed.

Your Role
