Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations and a high-performing retail team. You will coach staff, optimize processes, and drive smooth demos of Meta Wearable and Quest products to customers.

You’ll work closely with Meta’s tech team to ensure customers have engaging, hands-on experiences while maintaining an organized, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of retail management experience required.
• 3+ years customer-facing experience in retail required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the location including opening/closing, inventory management, logistics, retail technology, Point of Sale, cash handling & weekly/daily performance reports.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline processes within the store.
• Be the boots on the ground in partnership with Meta’s tech team to ensure all customer experiences are working correctly and maintained.
• Support the Retail Manager in performance management of the team.
• Lead when the Store Director is not present.
• Become an expert in client’s industry-leading products sold in-store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
