Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Akron is hiring a Keyholder/Shift Supervisor to manage cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and daily store operations. You will assist in ensuring accurate POS transactions and support team members throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Operate cash register, perform stock duties and provide customer service
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance preferred
• Basic mathematical skills

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, and make nightly cash deposits as needed.
• Inspect textiles, items, and goods to determine sale ability and prepare for resale.
• Promote the development of service participants and maintain a safe, clean work area.
