David’s Bridal in Pineville, NC seeks a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver five-star customer service. You will mentor Dream Makers, drive sales, and optimize staffing and operations to meet monthly targets.

The role emphasizes coaching, inventory control, and strong leadership to maintain exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Accountable for active floor management by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback to maintain a five-star guest experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
• Monitor the store payroll to ensure hours align with budget and acknowledge timesheets for all shifts.
• Lead the store to achieve Total Monthly Income (TMI) goals through foundational excellence and leadership.
• Monitor inventory management, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs ensuring first quality standards.
