Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree required.
• Two to four years prior retail management experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Experience using a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage active floor shifts, review results, and provide feedback for a five-star experience.
• Provide coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll and timesheets to stay within budget and schedules.
• Lead store to achieve monthly income goals through performance leadership.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, and ensure first quality standards.
