David’s Bridal in Richmond, VA is seeking a dynamic retail leader to join our management team. You will supervise a high-performing sales and alterations staff, drive exceptional customer service, and guide daily operations across sales floors and back-of-house functions.

The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, payroll oversight, inventory control, and achieving sales goals while maintaining the brand’s Five-Star service standard.

Qualifications

• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Proven ability to lead a high performing team and deliver five-star customer service.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Accountable for active floor management by assigning shifts and providing feedback to maintain a five-star customer experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll to ensure hours stay within budget and manage timesheets.
• Lead the store to achieve Total Monthly Income (TMI) Goals and maintain high merchandise standards.
