Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from stocking to assisting customers and handling front-end duties as needed.

You will contribute to a clean, welcoming shopping environment, process transactions, protect cash, and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and the role is part-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent standing/walking.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in store areas, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions and support front-end cash transactions.
• Protect cash and company assets; perform other duties as assigned.
