Job summary

Southern Tide is seeking a Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will manage transactions, train teammates as needed, and contribute ideas to merchandising and service excellence while safeguarding inventory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/Word, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied hours including

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills; Excel and Word proficiency expected.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting with customers.
• Provide merchandise recommendations and relay feedback to management to boost sales.
• Build a personal client book for repeat business.
• Learn the POS software and assist in store operations in the absence of management.
• Process routine transactions, inventory receiving/transfers, and open/close registers.
• Share product knowledge to enhance customer shopping experience and upsell accessories.
• Participate in store meetings and strive to exceed sales and service goals.
• Safeguard store assets and maintain inventory integrity; assist in cycles counts.
